Class Descriptions

Circuit Training - A fast paced, high energy circuit of muscle conditioning, cardio, jump rope and weights.
Kickboxing - Features kickboxing techniques choreographed in combinations with the focus on cardiovascular benefits.
Spinning - A unique fat burning workout for all spinning levels which features sprints, jumps and hills on the spinning bike with great music
Step Aerobics - A moderate to high intensity workout involving stepping up and down on an adjustable platform in various combinations
Yoga - Generate energy, focus and balance while relieving life's stresses. Learn breathing techniques in a relaxed environment
