Mr. Richard Logan has more than 40 years of experience working in the health care industry. Before retiring in 2010, Mr. Logan was the President and CEO of Medical Record Associates, Inc., a company he founded. During his tenure at Medical Record Associates, Inc., the company had over 220 employees, and held contracts with over 90 organizations. Mr. Logan also worked with a number of Massachusetts hospitals as the director of medical records, and in higher education as a lecturer on Health Information Management at Northeastern University.
Mr. Logan earned his bachelor’s degree from Framingham State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University. He also received a post-baccalaureate certificate in health information from Northeastern University. Mr. Logan formerly served as treasurer for the Framingham State University’s Foundation Board. He was appointed to the Framingham State University Board of Trustees in 2012 and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board.
