**All vehicles must be registered and insured in accordance with MA General Laws**
All vehicles on University property must be registered with Campus Police. All students, faculty, and staff must obtain a copy of the FSU Parking Rules and Regulations from Campus Police. I understand that FSU parking decals are non-transferable and non-refundable. Violations of FSU motor vehicle policy may result in ticketing, towing and/or suspension of parking privileges.
Any vehicle brought to the campus must be appropriately registered with the Framingham State University Police Department.
All students, faculty, and staff must have a valid FSU parking decal, which is to be properly adhered to the rear window on the driver’s side. If you are an FSU student, your decal will be mailed to you by the Campus Police Department prior to the first day of class if the Student Account Office receives your Parking Decal Application, satisfied Student Bill, and, for full-time students, the health insurance waiver form or payment, a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the start of the semester. Students who miss the mail-in application deadline must obtain their decals at the Campus Police Office, (508) 626-4911. An FSU parking decal will not be issued unless your Student Bill and any applicable health insurance compliance requirements have been satisfied.
By submitting this form, you are agreeing to Framingham State University's parking rules and regulations.
