With funds granted from the FSU administration, the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) commissioned a Diversity and Inclusion study during the spring of 2011 in order to assess our campus climate and offer recommendations for a five year strategic plan. The report was submitted to the committee in September 2011 for review. We have reviewed the report, and created an executive report, which provides you with our synthesis of the report as well as a review of how our synthesis relates to diversity related data from the 2004 NEASC and 2009 NSSE findings.
