Economics
Students majoring in Economics can choose to complete a general program without a concentration or one of four concentrations:
- Applied Microeconomics
- Business
- Finance
- Quantitative Economics
The Economics program comprises four components:
- Common Core courses
- Economics Major electives
- six Concentration courses or two Elective courses, depending upon whether the student chooses a concentration
- the Senior Economics Seminar (one course)
Students must complete eleven (11) courses outside the major department that fulfill the general education requirements (see General Education section of the undergraduate catalog for specific courses meeting these requirements.)
