Facilities and Capital Planning

The Facilities and Capital Planning Department is dedicated to providing functional facilities that are safe, clean, attractive, accessible and conducive to learning. The services they provide include all aspects of buildings and grounds maintenance in order to maintain a safe and clean environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

The Facilities and Capital Planning Department has the overall responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of all College property. This includes the Residence Halls, the Academic Buildings, the parking areas, and the ball fields.

The Department also manages all construction and renovation projects, promotes life safety and environmental compliance, manages key energy management issues, performs preventative maintenance on equipment and manages a fleet of State-owned vehicles.

The Facilities and Capital Planning office is located in the beige house on Maynard Road, next to the Heineman Ecumenical Center.
