Framingham State University Police Department will be accepting applications for participation in the carpool parking program. To be eligible for participation; the following criteria must be met.

• It takes two or more people to be eligible
• Vehicles must be registered with the University Police and display a valid parking sticker.
• Carpool application must be submitted, and participating vehicle information must be recorded.

Once your application is processed and approved, participants will be issued a carpool dash pass,  which will allow you to utilize the carpool parking area. On days you do not carpool, you must park in your designated assigned parking area, for which you have been issued a permanent parking sticker. When utilizing the carpool program, only one vehicle will be allowed on campus.

By signing this form, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed on this page and in the Framingham State University Parking Rules and Regulations booklet.

** All vehicles must be registered and insured in accordance with the MA General Laws**

All vehicles on college property must be registered with Campus Police. All students, faculty, and staff must obtain a copy of the FSC Parking Rules and Regulations from Campus Police. I understand that FSC parking decals are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Violations of FSC motor vehicle policy may result in ticketing, towing, and/or suspension of parking privileges. This pass is in addition to the parking decal application that you must complete as well.
