The Geographical Association is a club that is dedicated to enhancing the understanding and interest in geography. The club has speakers and movies that come to campus and talk about many global issues such as water conservation and factory farming. Also, we have done a beach-clean up to promote helping the environment, and we take many hikes to show our appreciation for nature. This semester, we plan on reconstructing the bulletin board in the geography wing. This board will include information about the club, and it will also have current events discussing many global issues. Also, we plan to have many informational tables and activities throughout the semester. We will post all of our events on the bulletin board! Overall, we are always looking for new ideas of ways to spread the word about geography and actions we can take to better our planet!
