Objectives & Learning Outcomes
Link Theory with Practice
Students learn to link theory with practice, and to understand the multi-disciplinary demands of a business environment that is increasingly global, technologically-oriented, and diverse.
The MBA is structured to provide graduates with the cumulative knowledge, skills and capacities identified by the AACSB:
- Capacity to lead in organizational situations.
- Capacity to apply knowledge in new and unfamiliar circumstances through a conceptual understanding of relevant disciplines.
- Capacity to adapt and innovate to solve problems, to cope with unforeseen events, and to manage in unpredictable environments.
At the completion of the program, students are expected to be able to use their deeper understanding of strategy, economics, management science, finance, marketing, information technology and management to identify problems and opportunities in business, and to be able to analyze and develop solutions to, or tactical or strategic approaches to realizing the opportunities.
Students are also expected to have developed the skills that will allow them to communicate their proposals, clearly, in both written and oral form.
