    Suitable Solutions Professionalism Kickoff

    Enjoy refreshments while learning about our professional career development series aimed at preparing students for the interview, internship and job search process, learn the professional skills that employers want and program overview. Applications available at the Kick-Off or in the CSER Office at 412 McCarthy. The Framingham State Suitable Solutions Career Professionalism Program is a five-part professional career development series aimed at preparing students for the internship & job search and the interview process. Students are educated about career professionalism, soft skills, dining etiquette, social awareness, professional dress, and networking techniques to enhance their career opportunities. Upon completion of the series students will be awarded a professional outfit ($100 value) and graduate certificate of achievement. This initiative will benefit ALL students for all majors.

    Employment and Enjoyment Fair

    Need an internship or job? Interested in joining a club? Come to the Employment and Enjoyment Fair on Monday, September 11, 11:30 a.m. - 2:20 p.m., in the Athletic Center Gym. Join us at the largest career fair of the year! Over 50 retail, restaurant, and non-profit employers and over 40 student clubs will be there. Get an internship or job, join a club, win a prize. Drop in any time between 11:30 am and 2:20 pm with or without your resume. Potential to take home employer-provided swag! Several campus offices will be represented as well.     12th Annual Major Minor Fair

    Speak with faculty and students! Grab a Major/Minor Fair tote bag and stuff it with info on majors, minors, Study Abroad and careers! Come with a friend! What can I do with a major in? Are you having a difficult time choosing a major or minor? Would you like information on what careers would correlate to your choice? Tuesday, October 24, 2017, 11:30 pm- 1:30 pm in the McCarthy Center Forum Prior to the fair, consider what majors and minors you are interested in. When you arrive, visit academic department tables, Career Services and International Education (Study Abroad), and ask questions.
