Yes. Framingham State offers campus tours on weekdays and on select Saturdays during the academic year. Choose a date and register on the undergraduate visit calendar. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with all of the information you’ll need for your visit (directions, where to park, check-in, etc.). Want more than a standard tour? Create your own visit to sit in on a class or meet with an Admissions or Financial Aid counselor. Schools and other groups can book a group visit.
How long is a campus tour?
Plan on about an hour and 20 minutes*. Each visit starts with a 20-minute presentation from an Admissions staff member, followed by a one-hour walking tour led by a current student. Saturday sessions follow the same format. *Please note that visits may occasionally run slightly longer.
When are your Open House dates?
Framingham State holds Open Houses each fall. In 2026, they are Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, November 8. Meet faculty and current students, learn about admissions, financial aid, athletics, and campus life, take a campus tour, and enjoy a free lunch. Register for an Open House.
I visited campus. How will my application fee be waived?
Students who visit before applying to Framingham State will automatically have their application fee waived when they submit their application. We do not have a designated code.
Where do I park when I visit campus?
Parking for campus visitors is free. If you’ve registered for a tour, your confirmation email from Admissions tells you where to park. Other visitors should stop at the University Police office in the McCarthy Center (entrance off Church Street) for a visitor parking pass, and Campus Police will tell you where to park. Plan on about a five-minute walk from the lot to the main campus. Accessible parking is available. For directions and other ways to get here, see Directions and Parking.
