Featured MacNaughton books for September- I am America (and so can you!) by Steven Colbert:
"Realizing that it takes more than thirty minutes a night to fix everything that's destroying America, Colbert bravely takes on the forces aligned to destroy our country—whether they be terrorists, environmentalists, or Kashi brand breakfast cereals. His various targets include nature (I've never trusted the sea. What's it hiding under there?), the Hollywood Blacklist (I would have named enough names to fill the Moscow phone book), and atheists (Imagine going through life completely duped into thinking that there's no invisible, omniscient higher power guiding every action on Earth. It's just so arbitrary!). (Publishers Weekly)

All are welcome to come and view the new exhibit that depicts the Early History of Normal Schools in America and Framingham State College’s role as being the First State Normal School in the country. We opened in Lexington, Mass. as the Lexington Normal School, on July 3, 1839. See the detailed early history of this institution as it became more and more successful and out-grew two locations, finally ending here at its present and final location in Framingham, Mass. in 1853.
Exhibit runs through until September 2008.
Reunion 2008

Come one, come all to view historic materials of past years, ending the 8’s and 3’s ranging from 1938-2003. Let us take you back in history through this exhibit of photos, minutes, newspaper articles and artifacts. See the addition of buildings on campus. What sort of events were popular in our past College History. What were some of the key issues of the past? Do they resonate with the ones of today? Exhibit closes in September 2008.
