Hope Lozano-Bielat

Hope Lozano-Bielat is a Senior Fellow for Fox Leadership International, at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her PhD in International Relations from Boston University, and her Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. Hope has lectured at Boston University, Tufts University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Villanova University.

Hope has also worked as a Research Associate at the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life; she was Policy Director of The Children's Agenda, a non-profit serving children and families in upstate New York; and consulted with UNICEF-Nicaragua on strategies for implementing early childhood education in rural communities. Hope was awarded a Fulbright to study religious pluralism in Bulgaria.
