FSU Cooks is back in the kitchen to help you learn about, cook, and eat healthy foods Join FSU Food and Nutrition alumna Jane Polley RD for a fun discussion which will help you unpack the science of heart health (hint: it’s about food). Then register for an FSU Cooks Culinary Nutrition Workshop, to learn how to prepare some heart healthy recipes.
