Blackboard Learn connects faculty, students and staff anywhere, anytime there is an internet connection. Blackboard Learn delivers an intuitive user interface, and is used on campus to share information and course materials, to engage students in critical thinking and for collaborating online. It is also accessible from a mobile device using the Bb Mobile app.
New to Blackboard or Need Help?
Most students find Blackboard easy to use. If you are new to Blackboard or are in need of assistance:
- Visit the Blackboard On-Demand Learning Center to become familiar with the most common features of the system.
- If you need immediate assistance, you can:

- Call the Technology Resource Center at 508-215-5906 or ext. 5906 from an on-campus phone
- Visit our service portal and submit your incident or request
- Stop by one of our walk-in locations at the Henry Whittemore Library Lower Mezzanine or on the ground floor of Hemenway Hall in the Room 122 computer lab
