Course Map for MBA Concentration in Management

The Framingham State University MBA program offers full-time and part-time schedules. The full-time program requires students to take three courses per term while the part-time offers the options of taking one or two course(s) per term based on the individual circumstances of each student.

The fully online MBA program is designed to meet the needs of working professional who may not be in a position to journey onto campus, on a regular basis, as required in the blended hybrid program. The accelerated nature of the courses refers to the fact that each 900 level course is delivered, online, over an eight week period, so in one semester two courses would have been covered in a sequential fashion – i.e. one after the other. This mode of learning is not for everyone: a regular blended hybrid course is being delivered in a compressed eight week mode online with the same degree of academic rigor and student workload.

The course schedule options for the Management concentration, depending on the route you choose, are provided below.

Note: Registration for MGMT 989, the Capstone course in Strategic Management, requires the prior written permission of the Dean of Graduate Studies (see Capstone Approval Form). Students will not be permitted to fulfill this requirement with a course transferred from another institution.
