The concentration in Organizational Leadership emphasizes quantitative and qualitative data, and scientific methods and analysis while focusing on three key areas necessary for success as new entrants in the business world based on sound scientific reasoning practices. These areas are:

A Future-Focused Degree Program

The Framingham State University MSOL degree is a forward looking program that recognizes the need for both students and employers to be equipped to operate in the changing needs of the workplace, due to the rapid rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the associated areas of business and data analytics. These themes will be found in the course material in several areas, including Leading in the age of AI, Innovation and managing disruptive technologies, and evidence based management.
