Federal Pell Grant

Federal grant designed for high need students. Available to undergraduate students pursuing their first bachelor's degree. The current maximum Pell Grant for a full-time student is $6,345.

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)

Federally funded grant awarded by the FSU Financial Aid Office to high need students. Available to undergraduate students enrolled at least half-time and pursuing their first bachelor's degree.

MASS Grant

State grant awarded by the Massachusetts Office of Student Financial Assistance to high need students. Available to undergraduate students enrolled full time pursuing their first bachelor's degree. Must be a Massachusetts resident.

Awards up to $1,700.

Students must file a FAFSA by May 1 each year to receive a MASS Grant.

Framingham State University Grant

Funded through the MA Cash Grant Program and awarded by the FSU Financial Aid Office. Available to undergraduate students pursuing their first bachelor's degree. Must be a Massachusetts resident and demonstrate financial need. Because we have limited funding in this program, on-time applicants living on campus are considered for this grant first.

Awards up to full cost of tuition and fees.

Financial Aid Tuition Waiver

State funded program awarded by the FSU Financial Aid Office. Available to undergraduate day school students pursuing their first bachelor's degree. Must be a Massachusetts resident and demonstrate financial need. Because we have limited funds in this program, students who apply on time and live on campus will be awarded this program first.

Awards up to full cost of tuition.

Fee Grant

Institutional grant awarded by the FSU Financial Aid Office.
