Campus Events

The Office of Campus Events is an on-campus organization, purposed to assist clients in booking venues within the university and reserving resources for their events.  The Campus Events team consists of highly trained student and full-time staff who communicate with clients one-on-one, schedule meetings to review event details, and set up a client's desired room configuration.  We are here to ensure your event has the utmost quality and success!

Sarah Santiago joined the “FRAMly” at Framingham State University in 2019 to lead the Campus Events team. Sarah graduated with her Bachelor’s in Management from Keene State College and from Springfield College with her Master’s of Psychology with a concentration in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education. Sarah brings event planning and management experience and a passion for student development to the Campus Events team.

Susan Romani comes to our office with an experienced background in event planning and is able to assist with all aspects of your event. She works directly with all outside inquiries for space rental and is available to meet with event sponsors to discuss event details such as room availability, resources, policies, fees, and possible room configurations. Susan is our on-campus trainer for 25Live (our online reservation system) and is available for one-on-one training sessions.
